Jie He, as an intellectual property legal counsel, specializes in trademark and other intellectual property-related legal matters, with a primary focus on handling various litigation cases, domain name dispute arbitrations, infringement complaint consultations, and dispute resolution solutions. She is also in charge of drafting/reviewing various agreements, providing IP-related legal opinions, and managing trademark opposition and invalidation cases.
Jie possesses a profound legal education background, having earned her Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Lewis & Clark Law School.
