Patent Attorney
Yaping Du mainly works on patent drafting and responding to office actions in the field of mechanics. Her areas of specialties include vehicle engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, control theory, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical equipment, tools, and so on.
Yaping obtained technical expertise through her Master of Engineering studies in mechanical engineering and Bachelor of Engineering studies in mechanical engineering and automation. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
