Legal Counsel
Qun Zhao is an intellectual property legal counsel, focusing on patent, trademark, and other intellectual property-related matters, especially in the field of electronics, with areas of specialties in computer technology, software engineering, electronic engineering, computer network engineering, wireless communication technology, communication engineering, and so on. She also works on litigation cases, infringement complaint consultations, dispute resolution solutions, drafts/proofreads agreements, providing legal opinions related to intellectual property, trademark opposition, review and invalidation.
Qun obtained technical expertise through her Bachelor of Science studies in computer science and technology. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Beijing Language University. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
