Qiwen Ling mainly works on patent translation and responding to office actions in the field of electronics. His areas of specialties include electronic technology, electrical control, communication technology, signal processing, and so on.
Lingwen obtained technical expertise through his Master of Engineering studies in automatic control engineering and Bachelor of Engineering studies in applied electronic technology. He has also accumulated years of work experience as an R&D engineer. Additionally, he has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
