Xueyu Liu, as an intellectual property legal counsel, mainly focuses on patent legal matters, such as responding to office actions, patent invalidation, and patent litigation in the field of electronics. His areas of specialties include computer technology, electronic information engineering, computer network engineering, chemical engineering, automation engineering, mechanical equipment, electronic devices, household appliances, and so on.
Xueyu obtained technical expertise through his Master of Engineering studies in chemical engineering and Bachelor of Engineering studies in electronic information engineering and in chemical engineering. He also has years of experience working as a patent examiner. Additionally, he has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
