Legal Counsel
Xiao Ning is our intellectual property legal counsel. She leads the legal counsel team and mainly focuses on training and managing patent legal matters such as patent applications, responding to office actions, invalidation and patent litigation in the field of electronics. She is responsible for managing and providing training for foreign-related patent services. Her areas of specialties include telecommunication, computer technology, medical devices, daily appliances and products, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, household devices and so on.
Xiao obtained expertise through her Master in Law and Bachelor of Engineering studies in telecommunication engineering. Additionally, she has received systematic trainings on patent and intellectual property laws, as well as other related laws and legal systems from the CNIPA.
