Orderly Competition, Fairness First - China organizes Fair Competition Policy Publicity Week from September 9th to 13th, 2024

The 20th National Congress Report of the CPC put forward specific requirements for improving the basic market economic institution such as fair competition to strengthen anti-monopoly actions and anti-unfair competition and to eliminate local protectionism and administrative monopolies. To thoroughly implement the essence of the 20th National Congress and the strategic allocations of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the State Administration for Market Regulation (the State Anti-Monopoly Bureau), the Office of the State Council Anti-Monopoly Committee, and all relevant departments and units have been co-organizing the China Fair Competition Policy Publicity Week (hereinafter referred to as “Competition Week”) every year since 2022.

This year, the 2024 Competition Week will be held from September 9th to 13th, 2024, during which various promotion activities will be organized to promote the concept of fair competition and foster fair competition culture to create a favorable social environment for building a unified nation-wide market and promoting high-quality development.
