Minchun Li is now mainly practicing on patent prosecution, reexamination and invalidation, and actively works in life science and technology field, such as molecular biology, biology, bioscience, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage industry, botany, plant cultivation, horticulture, developmental biology, agriculture chemistry and so on.

Minchun obtained technical expertise through her study for Ph.D. degree and Master degree in developmental biology and Bachelor degree in horticulture. She has also systematically studied patent and intellectual property laws and related laws and legal system.
