NCAC: Added Value of China's Copyright Industry in 2021 Accounted for 7.41% of GDP

Recently, the Chinese Academy of Press and Publication has completed a research report on the economic contribution of China's copyright industry in 2021, according to the WeChat account of the National Copyright Administration of the PRC (NCAC). The report said that the added value of China's copyright industry in 2021 was 8.48 trillion yuan, up 12.92%, accounting for 7.41% of GDP, which is 0.02% higher than that in 2020. In 2021, China's copyright industry made great efforts to overcome the adverse impact of COVID-19 and achieved a good start during the “14th Five-Year Plan period”.
