CNIPA Organizes Activity for Providing IP Services

In order to fully implement the Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Country (2021-2035) and the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Intellectual Property Protection and Application, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has organized and carried out an nationwide activity named “Wanlixing” for providing intellectual property services in 2022 under the theme of "Bringing intellectual property services to the grassroots and contributing to building a strong intellectual property country". Centering on the resolutions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the "Wanlixing" activity includes in-depth researches on the needs and difficulties of enterprises, in a bid to give full play to intellectual property rights in social innovation stimulation and support high-quality development in the real economy.

Five key tasks were carried out, which include working on pilot and demonstration projects to help build China into a country strong in IPR, supporting innovative development of enterprises, promoting transfer and application of IPR, delivering services to service industry clusters and service export bases, and improving industry morality. By integrating resources, enriching content and optimizing supply, more than 30,000 activities in various forms have been carried out online and offline, benefiting more than 300,000 enterprises.
