Xiaoqin Zhou is now mainly practicing on patent prosecution, reexamination and invalidation, and actively works in optical communication engineering, display technology, network engineering, mobile communication technology, fiber optic equipment, semiconductor technology, image processing technology, cloud computing, computer technology, data processing technology, machine learning, electronic circuit technology, artificial intelligence technology, smart home, transmission Sensor technology, Internet of Things technology, driverless technology, computer network engineering, server technology, wearable devices, electronic engineering, electrical technology and so on.
 
Xiaoqin obtained technical expertise through her study for Master of Engineering in optical communication and mobile communication and Bachelor of Engineering in communication engineering. She has also systematically studied intellectual property laws and other laws and legal system.
