Juan Ai is now mainly practicing on patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and litigation, and actively works in electricity and chemical engineering fields, such as battery materials, battery preparation, semiconductor materials, electroplating, chemical engineering, food engineering, environmental recycling, daily appliances, medical devices, household products and so on.

Juan obtained technical expertise through her study for Master of Science in metallurgical physical chemistry and Bachelor of Science in metallurgical physical chemistry and work as a patent examiner for years. She has also systematically studied patent and intellectual property laws and related laws and legal system.
