We received a lot of solicitude and concerns about the COVID-19 epidemic in China. Your kind messages helped us make through the difficult time and warmed everyone even till now.

We have resumed work since February 3rd and been providing uninterrupted and non-compromised services. Thanks to previous efforts, our IT infrastructure and remote working platforms have played a significant role and well supported our services amid the COVID-19 outbreak. At the same time, we are able to provide a safe working environment to our people who still work in the office to ensure non-digital transactions and the office maintenance.

To date, none of our people or their family members has contracted the virus. Our city Beijing has experienced limited outbreak. The situation is under control with the implementation of strict precaution and preventative measures. Meanwhile, some other places in China, particularly Wuhan city and Hubei Province, and some other places in the world, may still face challenging situations. Our prayers and hearts go out to the people there.
