Recently it has been brought to our attention that some clients have experienced unsuccessful payments because of the tightened foreign currency management at our bank. As a result, the clients had to re-do the payment and sometimes the bank fees are not refundable.

In order to avoid such problems and save unnecessary procedures/costs, we would like to draw your attention to two points in particular:

-          Please insert our full name “AFD China Intellectual Property Law Office” when you arrange payments to us. If the blank for recipient's name is too short to put in our full name, you can recite it in other proper areas, e.g., in the address lines or comment section.

-          We have USD and EUR currency accounts. Please use only these currencies to pay us and make sure to pay the specific currency to the corresponding account, i.e., to pay US dollars to the USD account and Euros to the EUR account.
