China's IP Mortgage Financing in 2016 Reaches Over RMB 43.6 Billion

In 2016, the patent mortgage financing reached over RMB 43.6 billion; the first collection of IP operating fund in every key industries was about RMB 4.28 billion; and enterprises carrying out Rules of Enterprises IPR Management reached about 18 thousand and many IPR demonstration enterprises  and superior enterprises emerged.
