SIPO Solicits Public Comments on Guidelines for Determination Standards of Patent Infringement and Behavior of Passing-off Patent

The Patent Management Department of the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) has drafted and released a Guidelines for Determination Standards of Patent Infringement and Behavior of Passing-off Patent for public opinions.

The Guidelines has 116 pages covering comprehensive and practical operation regarding the determination and identification of patent infringement and passing off actions.

The deadline for submitting comments is October 26, 2013.
