Supreme People’s Court Seeks Public Comments for Drafted Revision to the Several Provisions on Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trail of Patent Disputes

The Supreme People's Court released a updated draft for Several Provisions on Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trail of Patent Disputes, which was last revised in 2013 based on the one originally promulgated in 2009.

The deadline for submitting opinions is August 15, 2014.
