Rospatent: The Start-Up of the TMclass Russian Language Interface

On 14th October 2013, within the framework of the project "Modernization of the IPR System of the Russian Federation" jointly implemented by Russian Intellectual Property Office (Rospatent) and the Office for Harmonization in Internal Market (OHIM), the Russian language interface of the OHIM classification tool TMclass was put into operation. 

TMclass was developed in order to support the applicants to prepare lists of goods and services when filing their trademark applications in the EU and countries of the participating offices being integrated therein; in particular, the tool allows the uses to check if those terms appear in the classification databases of the participating offices and translate lists of Goods and Services in all EU languages.
