SIPO Starts PPH Pilot Program with UKIPO, IPO and PRV on July 1, 2014

The State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) of China has announced that the Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Program (PPH) between SIPO and the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom (UKIPO), SIPO and the Icelandic Patent Office (IPO), and SIPO and the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) have formally commenced on July 1, 2014.

Each of these PPH Pilots will run for a period of 2 years, ending on 30 June 2016.
