CNIPA Releases Patent and Trademark Examination Objectives for 2025
The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) on Jaunary 20 published the Patent and Trademark Examination Plan under the 14th Five-Year Plan (《专利和商标审查“十四五”规划》).
11 key performance indicators have been identified by the organization, with a quantitative objective to achieve on each indicator for 2025 being set.
