Dan Chen is now mainly practicing on patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and litigation, and actively works in chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, biotechnology, agricultural chemistry, polymer chemistry, daily appliances, household product and so on.

Dan obtained technical expertise through her study for Master degree in chemical engineering and technology and Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical engineering. She has also systematically studied patent and intellectual property laws and related laws and legal system.
