SAIC: Rules for Trademark Review and Adjudication Take Effect as of June 1, 2014

The To standardize the procedure for trademark review and adjudication, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) released the rules formulated pursuant to the new Trademark  Law and the Regulations on Implementation  of  the  Trademark  Law.
