Ni He is patent attorney and one of Officers in AFD China. She is now mainly in charge of client relation maintenance, client management as well as external relationship. Her technical fields include pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, food engineering, traditional Chinese medicine, daily supplies, materials science, medical equipment, medical devices, medical testing, semiconductors, electronic engineering, electronic information technology, computer technology, communication technology, computer network technology, mechanical engineering, mechanical equipment, household appliances, etc.

Ni holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Tongji Medical College and a MBA degree from Beijing Jiaotong University. She received IP trainings at the China Intellectual Property Training Center, the All-China Patent Attorneys Association and the China Trademark Association. Before joining AFD China, she had obtained years of experience in project operation and development.
